About Our Client:
Our client is an award-winning automotive company in Leeds.
Duties Include:
Managing the full end to end talent acquisition process from job identification to offer of employment for a variety of different rolesAssist in the interview process with the recruiting managersSourcing for multiple vacancies at different levelsHold various recruitment meetings with recruiting managers to feedback, ensure recruitment is on track and to understand future recruitment requirementsGeneral office administration
The Successful Applicant:
- Available to start immediately
- Experience as an internal recruiter or agency recruiter
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload, use initiative, work to deadlines and under pressure without supervision
- Excellent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint.
- Availability to work from Leeds offices on a hybrid basis
