Description

The role of Financial Accountant will suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is either making their first move from practice or someoene that has strong consolidations, IFRS and stat accounting experience.

This is a newly created role with a well established manufactiring business, where you will be responsible for asisting with the accounting and financial activities of the company.

Some of your responsabilities will include:

Preparation of monthly results for consolidation and all balance sheet reconciliations
Commentary on variances between actual and budgeted results
Yearend statutory accounts and audit
Annual budget's
Monthly consolidation and reporting to senior stakeholders
Prepare VAT returns
Responsability on developing and managing staff.
