NL Recruitment is currently looking for a
Managing Director to join a rapidly growing pioneering, European Science, Environmental and Animal Welfare organisation.

Working closely with global and European fundraising teams, you will ensure that the organisation achieves its fundraising goals


You will also:

  • Represent the organisation to donors and prospective supporters
  • Lead and manage the day to day work of the organisation, overseeing programmatic functions
  • Lead the European team, mentoring, coaching and developing talent
  • Provide strategic leadership, working with the team on strategic planning and seitting Objectives and Key Results
  • Ensure timely delivery reports to US and European Team and Board
Our client is looking for a
Managing Director who has outstanding strategic and leaderships skills


You will also have:

  • Ability to oversee the management of significant financial resources
  • Exceptional analytical skills and good judgement
  • Experience in successfully leading a team to deliver high impact output
  • Strong public speaking skills for a range of audiences and stakeholders
The role is offered full time, permanent with home working arrangements.
