Description

An experienced Personal Assistant/Senior Secretary is required to provide a high quality, professional and confidential Personal Assistant service to the Divisional Director and Director of Nursing for the Division of Medicine.

A proven track record of working at the level of a Personal Assistant/ Senior Secretary or equivalent is essential.

You will be expected to prioritise workload and meet deadlines and must have a high level of competency of Microsoft computer packages.

Good written and interpersonal skills are essential.

Duties include complex diary management/arranging meetings, minute taking, acting as a key point of contact for numerous internal/external stakeholders and being responsible for the administration of the Division of Medicine, trust wide and external meetings.
