MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented Claims Handler in Milton Keynes.

The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovationand leadership
You will also be working on a rotating shift pattern between 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) and this role does offer flexible remote working

Duties/Responsibilities of a Claims Handler.
Working in partnership with our Loss Adjusters in the field, you'll be proactively handling and supporting a varied caseload of Domestic/Commercial claims up to £50K in value
To be a Claims Handler

Knowledge of Insurance Claims
Ability to negotiate & settle claims using a variety of methods in line with requirements
Strong Customer Skills
Good communication skills with all stakeholders
Highly experienced in resolving difficult & complex claims
