Our client is a well-established, highly respected Estate Agency based in Bootle.

Providing only the very best customer service, with a friendly and reliable approach, is looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join their thrivingteam.

Working hours:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday and two Saturdays in a month with lieu day in return

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basic £18,750
OTE £28,000
Bonus
Mileage expenses

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have the following:

Target-driven mindset
Highly Organised
Customer focused
Have Industry experience
Must have a driver's license

As a Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:

Registering Applicants
Arranging Viewings
Attending Viewings
Negotiating on Lets
Booking valuations
Tenant Referencing
