We are searching for Band 4 Nursing Associates to come and join our nursing team in Carlton - could this be you?
You will be working in a busy community based serviceproviding general nursing care which includes, catheter management, injections/or medication management, wound care and palliative nursing care in patient's homes and residential care homes.
Nursing Associates required to compliment the current nursing establishment, enhance the skill mix and become an integral member of the service
The Adult Community Service is an integrated healthcare team providing long-term conditions management, rehabilitation & community nursing services in Carlton.
We are looking for Nursing Associates to join our dedicated Community Nursing teams who are committed and passionate about promoting health, well-being and independence.
A key aim of our service is to reduce unplanned admissions and facilitate discharges from the acute care environment.
The team members include, Community Nurses, District Nurses, Specialist Nurses, Support Workers and Social Workers, also working closely with GPs and the voluntary sector.
We have a huge variety of opportunities in our expansive Trust covering geographically from South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire to Leicester, providing mental health inpatient and community services, community health services, forensic mental health services and secure prison healthcare across the East Midlands.

You should possess good interpersonal and time management skills, be a good communicator, organised and able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team.
You will be providing general nursing care which includes, catheter management, injections, wound care and palliative nursing care in patient's homes and residential care homes.
You must be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times to patients, relatives and staff of all levels.
