Description
Our Client based in Nottingham are currently looking to hire ambitious, target driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their team as part of an expansion project

What's in it for you?
- £18,000 - £21,000 Per annum plus a generous commission structure

  • Standard 37.5 hour working week (you may be required to be on call at times)

Your new role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Business Development, building your account with outbound sales calls to current and prospective clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients by handling a wide range of requests
  • Learning and delivering the full 360 recruitment process
About you

  • Ambitious, target driven and keen to develop a career in Recruitment
  • Confident with an excellent telephone manner
  • Resilient with a "can do" attitude
Some experience within a recruitment or account management background would be ideal
