As a Community Engagement Executive your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.

  • You will be a constant advocate for the company's products and services. Understanding the way the products and services work is a vital part of this role as you will be selling this to communities across your delegated region.
  • Liaising with all departments within the business to help drive productivity.
  • Your role will require you to be a constant liaison with customers and the public.
  • To abide by the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company.
  • Take reasonable care of your own and other people's Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Reporting any accident, incident or damage, however minor in accordance with the company's specific procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory training as directed.
An exciting opportunity for a Community Engagement Executive with the following.

  • Experience of working in a team, including remote teams.
  • Able to work on own initiative and with mínimal supervision.
  • Goal and target orientated
  • Able to communicate effectively and easily, both verbally and written.
  • A working knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Confident and proactive, prepared to take a hands on approach
  • The ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
