You'll be working from home delivering excellent customer service by dealing with inbound calls and customer queries.
You'll be reporting into a Team Manager, most of which will have started as an advisor themselves, so they are the best placed to support you.
You will be working towards various Key Performance Indicators and have individual and team targets to aim for.What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role:
