A leading Property Development firm dealing with luxury residential schemes across London, are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property

  • Office Manager to join their office in North West London.

You will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, acting as first point of contact for tenants and landlords, handling all the tenancy coordination, alongside PA duties to the Directors.

The role requires excellent knowledge of property compliance and legislation.

It will be extremely busy and fast paced so requires an individual who is proactive, can work well under pressure and possesses an excellent eye for detail.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office
Meet and greet customers
Drafting tenancy agreements
Responsible for progressing all tenancies from point of acceptance to move in
Handling deposit registration scheme for all residential lettings
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenants
Assisting the Property Management team with property maintenance
Handling all inventory checks in and check outs
Handling Gas Safety certificates, Electrical certificates and EPC's for all properties
Manging the CRM system Release and keeping this up to date
Serving notices to quit and Section 8 5 s on residential tenancies
Handling all current construction project queries
Office Management including ordering of stationery, photocopying, filing, tidiness of office, franking machine management, opening and distribution of external post

Skills and Experience Required:
At least 3 years proven Office Management/Lettings Administration experience
Excellent understanding of Lettings Compliance and AST's
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Hours: 8:30am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Private healthcare


Salary:
£36,000 to per annum dependant on experience
