Key Role Responsibilities:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Sales or Marketing. Due to our on-going digital success, we are looking to add to our digital team.


Reporting into the Central Sales Manager, and working alongside our Head Office Marketing team, a Trainee Digital Merchandiser for the Vindis Group will be responsible for the marketing of our vehicles at the centres, using photo and video technology.

You will need to be a confident speaker as you will be recording video descriptions of our vehicles.

Working closely with the Sales Manager to promote vehicles digitally and to help the dealership achieve its sales targets.

You will also be involved with merchandising in the dealership, ensuring vehicles are correctly lined up and have the relevant point of sale displays.


More information about the role:


  • Stock to be photographed and walk around video on arrival to site.
  • Upload all images to Auto Trader and other sales platforms.
  • Online sales descriptions to be written with "attention grabbers".
  • Social media videos to be uploaded to YouTube and two weekly posts to Instagram and Facebook.
  • Updating of stocklists and internal systems.

Prerequisites:


  • Great communicator, written and verbally, in this role you will need to be confident talking on camera/video.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Full driving licence and be confident moving vehicles (of all sizes, manual and automatics) around the centre.
