Soft Services Facilities Supervisor

Central Glasgow
Permanent and very stable FM role in a superb award winning facilities management company

- £32,000 per annum - plus holiday pay and company pension

Days Monday to Friday
Central Glasgow

Main Job Duties:

Ensuring that soft service delivery level agreements are met
Overseeing the operations and performance of cleaners, receptionists and company retail shop staff
Making sure that cleaning operations and the operations of the company shop and reception run smoothly
Ordering new stock, uniform, equipment and materials
Supervising soft service staff
Direct daily liaison with on site client
Recruiting new soft service staff such as cleaners, reception staff and shop staff
Glasgow

All Applicants must have the following:

Proven experience in a soft services facilities management role
Very good knowledge of soft services within the facilities management industry
Supervisory, leadership or management experience
Very good experience of client liaison and customer service
Knowledge of health and safety
PC Literate
Glasgow

£32,000 per annum, plus enhanced holiday pay, company pension, yearly salary reviews and career advancement opportunities.
