- Building inspections and surveys

Provision of reports
Identifying and rectifying defects

Managing service provision

Ensuring statutory compliance
Coordinating Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
Instructing works
Monitoring contractors performance
Monitoring and directing construction/adaptation projects
Procurement of works
Budgetary and quality control of worksTravel one week per year to Shetland, Orkney and Fair isle for inspections.
