The Mazars Private Client service line provides impartial, tailored financial planning, wealth management and tax advice to:

As a result, clients only pay for our advice, as they require it.

Job Purpose


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial planning administrator to join the Business Support Team in one of the top IFA firms in the UK.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Process new business and servicing existing clients
  • Liaise with Financial Planners, internal departments, providers where necessary
- accurately record and maintain client data on Intelligent Office

  • Creating electronic files for new clients on Intelligent Office and keeping client records up to date.
  • Flexible working, can work from home or home office with an expectation to travel to Milton Keynes office a few times a month
