ROLE:
Account Manager / Estimator

Salary:
£30K-£35K with a bonus making the annual earnings £35K-£40K.

Location:
Birmingham

Hours: 9am-5.30

SELLING POINTS:

Uncapped compensation plan
Progression path to becoming our print management account lead within 612 months (as the current account lead is retiring)

Accountabilities

Respond promptly (usually same day) to 2030 inbound customer requests for large graphics, signage and installation projects. Their customers come from a variety of sectors, but in this position, most accounts will be print management companies.
Talk with customers over the phone to understand and establish their needs. Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
Translate customer needs into accurate quotes at competitive margins.
Follow up on quotes to find out why they didn't proceed and report back to the sales team.
Upsell to more profitable materials/products where appropriate.
Book confirmed jobs into our production workflow with high attention to detail.
Represent the business in a professional manner at all times, with a dedication to the highest level of customer service.

Experience

5+ years experience in a customerfacing role is required
5+ years experience in an account manager / estimator / sales role is strongly preferred
Experience within the large format print sector
Experience interacting with print management companies is a bonus, but not required
