To provide high level administrative support to the Leadership team with organising, scheduling, arranging correspondence and meetings. You'll be responsible and take ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance and important documents and files.

This role is reporting into the Finance Director and providing frontline support to the other three directors.

You'll be working within a fast paced environment, ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are maintained efficiently and effectively.


The role is a brand new role, a varied role, with lots of progression opportunities to expand your knowledge, challenge yourself and get involved with projects once settled into the role.


What does the role involve?

  • Providing support to the Directors, arranging travel bookings, itineraries and expenditure.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office.
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and booking lunches.
  • Plan and organise events, coordinate team dinners and meetings etc.
  • Managing projects.
  • Conduct research, analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, agendas, presentations, other documents.
  • Record minutes of meetings.
  • Interact with incoming visitors.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports.

Who would be the right fit?
This role would ideally be someone who has experience of working as a PA/EA/Office Manager.

However, a strong administrator who is professional, has great attention to detail and confident to complete the responsibilities above would be considered.
