Attention PQ/QBE Financial Accountants

A dynamic business based in South Lanarkshire are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their team.

If you are looking for an exciting new challenge, and the chance to work closely with the Financial Controller, this isthe opportunity for you
Offering a salary of up to £40,000 (negotiable) the successful individual will be responsible for:

Monitor and review of central company monthly management accounts including full balance sheet reconciliations
Statutory reporting and year end preparation
Monitor and report on actual capital expenditure against approved expenditure.
Report on monthly capital expenditure and major maintenance
Monitor the Group fixed asset register held by French Duncan and report on any issues
Report on return on investment.
Preparation of the fixed asset analysis and statutory notes for the year end files
Year End Tax Analysis
PQ/QBE status in Accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
