Bodyshop Workshop Controller

Location:
Darlington, DL3

Salary:
Between £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday hours a week

Responsibilities:

As a Workshop Controller, your primary goal is to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs, managing all aspects of panel, paint, and MET work.

Your pivotal role involves maximising workshop team profitability, productivity, and efficiency.

Success hinges on delivering work that aligns with the highest technical and quality standards, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Bodyshop/Accident Repair Centre experience, ideally with experience of leading / managing a team in a Bodyshop environment
Full and valid driving licence
