Insurance Litigation Solicitor's Role

The successful Insurance Litigation Solicitor work with a high-quality caseload on a range of contentious insurance and reinsurance coverage and claims, including cross-border issues.

The Insurance Litigation Solicitor will work with on behalf of a insurance companies and brokers as well as policyholders.

TheInsurance Litigation Solicitor:

Qualified solicitor in England Wales
Experience of insurance litigation
Strong academics
Able to manage a varied caseload
Experience in high court desirable
Experience of delegating to junior team members
