A lovely primary school in Waltham Forest are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to support a child with Autism in year 2.


The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant your role will be to provide 1 to 1 support throughout the school day. The pupil you will be supporting is based in year 2 and has Autism and is currently non-verbal.

Although he can engage in some learning and activities withinthe classroom, he also displays challenging behaviour and will need support outside the classroom at times.

The school are looking for a confident and experienced SEN Teaching assistant to work with him on a full-time basis.


  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN
