Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear mission and implement strategies focused on the ongoing journey of improving the customer service experience within the business
  • Create service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Support managers and team members when dealing with customer service issues pertinent to them
  • Improve the customer service experience across all channels, engage customers, and facilitate growth
  • Manage resources and make use of assets to meet goals and key performance indicators.
  • Establish a defined mission and implement tactics aimed at continuously improving the client experience.
Essential

  • A minimum of 4 GCSE's including English and Maths
  • Must be proactive, organised, IT literate and a strong interpersonal skill

Desirable

  • Interiors experience and understanding of soft furnishing and blinds
  • 3/5 years' experience of achieving or exceeding process improvements in a retail environment
  • 3/5 years of managing others
