About the job:
Miryco is working with the Compliance team of an Insurer/Asset Manager who are looking for a employee compliance & assurance manager responsible for ensuringpeople adhere to the company's Compliance Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operating the processes for Employee Compliance ('EC') and related duties.
- Elevating and informing upper management of employee compliance breaches.
- Carrying out validation and reconciliation exercises to provide assurance over key business and Compliance processes.
- Maintaining the Compliance Activity Tracker.
- Operating the compliance regulatory inbox, and providing regular reports to senior management on regulatory interactions.
Experience Required:
- Demonstrable expertise with PRA and FCA requirements and expectations.
- Expertise consulting with and advising internal stakeholders around regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar compliance role.

£100,000
