About the job:


Miryco is working with the Compliance team of an Insurer/Asset Manager who are looking for a employee compliance & assurance manager responsible for ensuringpeople adhere to the company's Compliance Standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Operating the processes for Employee Compliance ('EC') and related duties.
  • Elevating and informing upper management of employee compliance breaches.
  • Carrying out validation and reconciliation exercises to provide assurance over key business and Compliance processes.
  • Maintaining the Compliance Activity Tracker.
  • Operating the compliance regulatory inbox, and providing regular reports to senior management on regulatory interactions.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable expertise with PRA and FCA requirements and expectations.
  • Expertise consulting with and advising internal stakeholders around regulatory frameworks.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar compliance role.

Salary Range:
£100,000
