As a Cairellot Childcare Practitioner, you will:
Spark young minds through inspiring play spaces, engaging learning experiences and nurturing and individual interactions.

Create a secure, nurturing, and inclusive space for children to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

Develop strong, positive connections with children and their families, promoting collaboration in learning and development.

Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of our unique and engaging curriculum, focusing on environmental awareness and sustainability.

What we are looking for:
A genuine love for children and a commitment to their well-being, safety, and development.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.

A recognized childcare qualification (SVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent).

A natural ability to engage children and inspire curiosity and learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
