Human Resources Business Partner
Stand alone role
£65,000 - £75,000 (5 days in the office)

Working for a leading property development & project management firm we are looking for an experienced 360 HRBP to provide HR and strategic assistance the team.
have strong relationship building skills to be successful in this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the company recruitment strategy.
- Implement the Graduate Recruitment programme annually.
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to the staff including benefits, absence, performance management, learning and development.
- Implement induction processes including creating induction folders, updating records and supporting health & safety practices. Coordinate induction meeting including pastoral with HR.
- Coordinate probationary, annual (Competency Development) and interim (Performance) reviews including arrangement of reviews and compiling feedback and recordkeeping.
- Working with senior managers to identify and implement improvements to the company performance management framework to align with strategic needs.
- Coordinate employee learning and development activities in particular identifying specific needs arising from the probationary, annual and interim reviews.
- Provide support to the Graduate Development Programme
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities and engaging with students to not only identify future talent for the graduate program, but to also build the company's brand with the professionals of tomorrow.
- Ensure all processes and policies are GDPR compliant.
- Provide cover and support generally to managers in the HR function and undertake such other duties as may be reasonably be required to support the Project and Business Services Teams.
- Manage and coordinate the company workforce planning strategy for both short
- Play an active role in engaging with external partners and stakeholders, such as universities and local business alliances, to identify and enact activities that benefits the business, the industry and the community.
- Coordinate the company DEI committee and initiatives.
- Identifying solutions and implementing People initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
To be successful:
- 5 years plus in a HRBP or standalone HR position.
- A CIPD level 5, equivalent or higher desirable.
- Solid and successful experience in creating a HR strategy for the future.
- Experience in workforce planning, change management, learning and development, recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
- Have strong relationship building skills.
- Have similar experience and able to work autonomously.
