As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience for our students.
You will have the opportunity to develop positive relationships, boost confidence, and provide essential support throughout their educational journey.Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Foster positive interactions to build confidence and selfesteem.
- Assist the class teacher and provide support in classroom activities.
- Offer 1:1 and small group support to students with their learning.
- Willingness to carry out personal care duties as required.

Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Recent experience in supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Immediate availability to start as a Youth Support Worker.
- Willingness to undergo a child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
- Happy to work with students with a range of additional needs including SEMH, complex needs and autism.
