Responsibilities:

Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
Foster positive interactions to build confidence and selfesteem.
Assist the class teacher and provide support in classroom activities.
Offer 1:1 and small group support to students with their learning.
Willingness to carry out personal care duties as required.

Requirements:

Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Recent experience in supporting children or adults with additional needs.
Immediate availability to start as a Youth Support Worker.
Willingness to undergo a child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
Happy to work with students with a range of additional needs including SEMH, complex needs and autism.
