About Our Client:

The client are one of the largest social landlords (public sector) in the country with well over a quarter of a million residents.

They are looking for a mainly remote resource planner to join their team, based in Stevenage.

Key Responsibilities of this resource planner include:

Allocating appointment slots to arrange repairs to resident's properties
Track the progress of maintenance operatives to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
Block out holiday, sickness and staff training in operative's diaries
Schedule follow on works
Contacting customers reminding them of following day appointments
Check previous day's diary to ensure all jobs were completed and closed down
