Are you seeking a fulfilling role within a family-run business? 2fawcett are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in their daily operations.

As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for various tasks crucial to the financial processes and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities of the Sales Ledger Clerk:
Process and allocate daily sales ledger receipts and refunds efficiently.

Accurately handle invoices, credit notes, and self-billers using a bespoke software.

Assist in the monthly customer statement run.

Collaborate closely with credit control for customer account reconciliations.

Handle the processing and balancing of petty cash across all branches.

Work a standard 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.


What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.

Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy in figures and data entry.

Excellent time management, planning, and diplomacy skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
