Customer Service Administrator

After 12 weeks of temporary employment you will be offered a permanent role where you will gain an increase in salary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Speaking to a wide variety of customers on the telephone
- Liaising with installers and co ordinating work for customers
- Updating internal systems with accurate information
- Booking jobs in on the system
- Confirming all details with customer and technicians
- General office administration
Skills and Experience:
- A proactive and "can do" attitude
- Customer Service / Administration experience
- This can also be retail based
- Available on a Temporary to Permanent basis
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm hours per week
Package and benefits:
- £18,525 starting salary rising to £20,500 per annum after 12 weeks
- 20 days holidays + statutory days
