Customer Service Administrator
Are you looking to join a thriving organisation who are launching a government initiative to assist homeowners?

This is an exciting time to join a company where our client will train and develop individuals who want to be part of a company that offers long term progression.

After 12 weeks of temporary employment you will be offered a permanent role where you will gain an increase in salary.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Speaking to a wide variety of customers on the telephone
  • Liaising with installers and co ordinating work for customers
  • Updating internal systems with accurate information
  • Booking jobs in on the system
  • Confirming all details with customer and technicians
  • General office administration

Skills and Experience:


  • A proactive and "can do" attitude
  • Customer Service / Administration experience
  • This can also be retail based
  • Available on a Temporary to Permanent basis

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm hours per week


Package and benefits:

- £18,525 starting salary rising to £20,500 per annum after 12 weeks
