Director of Sales - 5 star hotel - Fife

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Sales department, to plan and execute growth in all areas.

You will identify and explore new market segments and have a proactive sales technique that is required for the Director of Sales.

As Director of Sales you will travel as necessary to help build relationships as well as onsite tours and you will manage the team of 6 in the Sales Team, which includes an Events Sales Manager.


As Director of Sales you will assist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive sales plan and partner with the Director of Revenue and General Manager to establish sales goals and market segments for all Sales Executives.

You will complete monthly sales reports on sales achieved versus targets for all revenue streams within events, rooms, C&E, F&B, golf, and Spa

This is a large and busy property and so requires a Director of Sales with similar experience
