Accounts Assistant Belfast

PT 3 days per week or can offer flexible hours over 5 days, option to Work From Home 1 day per week once fully trained.

Abacus careers are delighted to be working with an amazing entertainment company with offices based in the
city centre of Belfast.

  • 21 hours/Week
  • 35 days holidays pro rata plus a day off on your Birthday

Main duties will include:


  • Data input on Sage 200 (supplier invoices, intercompany transactions, staff expenses)
  • Monthly credit card transactions coding (Mastercard & American Express + recharges)
  • Staff expenses (checking & coding)
  • Monthly salaries journal (posting on Sage 200)
  • Staff holidays (recording and updating spreadsheet)
  • Cash advances (coding and posting)
  • Vouching reports (completing financial reports, scanning invoices for audit)
  • Stationery & cleaning supplies order
  • Printing and filing documents


This is a part time role, with a possibility of becoming a permanent full-time position if you wish but not required should you prefer PT hours only.
