If so, please take a look at the role below and submit your CV asap as my client needs to hire someone on an initial temporary basis but with a view to going permanent thereafter if successful in the role.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday position based on-site daily at their Liverpool Street campuses.

The hours are 35 hours per week on a scheduled, rota basis; some shifts are 8am - 4pm and some shifts may be 10am - 6pm, for example.

Salary -£23,850pa / £13.10ph + holiday pay

What's on offer?

This is a great opportunity as you will be
joining a prestigious university (great for your CV and career) where your main clients will be students and prospective students making enquiries.

You will be the main initial contact and offerexcellent customer service both in-person and over the phone, redirecting calls to relevant departments and assisting with queries.

Training will be offered, but the they also need a self-starter and someone who can use their initiative to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.

There is also some scope to
build on your events experience as you will be booking and setting up meeting rooms and assisting with some events across the year.

What you need to succeed:

As with all customer facing roles, this really is about the right person some one who has great communication skills, a good telephone manner and enjoys giving advice and support.
Previous experience may include retail assistant, receptionist, customer service, administrator. The client is open to sector as long as you can portray a cando attitude and a commitment to the role.
