Customer Service and Sales Assistant

£20,800

8.30am - 5.00pm (2 Sundays a month, with a day off in the week in lieu)

Outskirts of Newick - own mode of transport essential due to remote location

Full time, permanent
Are you a people person who loves a busy environment?


We are recruiting a
Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join a really unique company based on the outskirts of Newick.

Please note, due to the remote location you
must have your own mode of transport.


Main duties:

  • Processing bookings on their systems.
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels.
  • Deal with customer feedback, including complaints appropriately, escalating if necessary.
  • Accurately dealing with cash transactions.


You will need to be customer focused, a real people person with confident communication skills over the phone and in person.

You must be IT literate as you will be using 2 in-house systems (training provided).
