Receptionist/Administrator
Greenwich
Full-time office based
Contract Type: 12mth Fixed Term Contract, with the view to go perm at the end of the FTC
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Bridge Recruitment is on the hunt for a Corporate Receptionist with Admin skills for a forward-thinking Law firm in Greenwich.
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
Making drinks for clients and making sure meeting rooms are readily stocked with writing materials and refreshments for meetings
Answering and transferring phone calls in a professional manner
Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying and ID checks on Credas & Smart Search
Assisting with general enquiries and providing information to clients or customers
Managing office supplies and inventory
Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and clients if required
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Administrative tasks assisting the Accounts team
Administrative tasks assisting the Residential Conveyancing team
Opening files for new clients
Creating client engagement letters and sending them out to clients via Adobe Sign
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
