SEN Teaching Assistants required for 5 day a week posts in Maidenhead schools.

We are currently working with special schools in Maidenhead and Windsor who are looking for a number of support staff from January 2023 (ideally sooner)to work alongside students with severe learning disabilities such as physical and /or learning disabilities, non-verbal Autism, cerebral palsy and other complex needs.

The school are looking for the right individuals to work alongside other committed staff to help these young people get the very best they possibly can from every day at school.

To be available 5 days a week from January 2023
Excellent communication skills and a positive, confident personality
To be an enthusiastic and dynamic person who is friendly and outgoing
To have some relevant experience of working with Autism or in youth work or similar
Previous school or teaching assistant experience is ideal however not compulsory

We are looking for people who can be flexible, who enjoy working as part of a team and are committed to using their initiative on what canbe daily challenging situations.
