Business Development Manager (DACHE) - Basingstoke (hybrid) - £55K - £60K plus OTE

  • A highly motivated selfstarter who drives to exceed their sales goal each month independently
  • Previous experience in selling and negotiating IT equipment contracts
  • Proficient in German language/ Multilingual
  • Good task prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
  • Agile learner, commercial problem solver and target focused individual
  • Creative thinking and problem solving, agility and be able to collaborate with the team
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • The ability to Travel throughout the DACH Region to attend customer meetings, channel meeting and exhibitions relating to key markets, when required
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve success
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations online, social media or in person, tailored to meet audience segment focus
  • Willingness to learn about the product and business

The Role:
This role entails pipeline generation and ongoing client relationship management. Focus on securing new clients and enhancing the opportunities we have with existing contacts.


The role of the Business Development Manager is focused on developing high value relationships in new accounts and sectors of the Data Storage market.
