We are a highly reputable, friendly and highly established law firm in Central London, seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our team.

Our firm offers a wide range of services to clients in the corporate sector, and we are looking for a solicitor who canprovide expert advice and support in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity capital markets
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Advising on corporate governance and compliance issues
Providing legal support to the firm's other practice areas, as required

Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
Strong technical and drafting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
