This is an exciting opportunity for a postgraduate researcher to join the LSHTM team of the HIGH Horizons Consortium.


The HIGH Horizons' objective is to develop effective climate adaptation/mitigation interventions specific to the needs of pregnant women, infants and health workers in Kenya, South Africa, Sweden and Zimbabwe.


The post-holder will support the i) development of global indicators to monitor impact of Climate & Heat on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH), ii) development and evaluation of HIGH Horizons early warning system, adaptation and mitigation interventions and iii) knowledge management, dissemination and exploitation of research findings.


The post is available on a part-time or full-time basis at FTE and fixed-term until 31 January 2025 with possibility for extension.

It is funded by UKRI and is available from 1 February 2023.
