Customer Service Advisor

Moreton-in-Marsh

£28,000 - £35,000 DoE + Bonus
We are working with an exciting client who manufactures beautifully crafted classic and contemporary items.

As the company is getting bigger and experiencing an ongoing period of growth, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to joinits team.


As a professional Customer Service Advisor, you will be the customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a first-class customer support experience.


There is an element of logistic planning (for approximately 6-12 months), so you will be responsible for the inventory and preparing and packaging of products for distribution via the company's courier partners.

As the company grows, so will the team. This is an exciting opportunity, with the potential to advance into management.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement a CSR system to keep records of customer interactions, manage the workflow, and prompt the team to be proactive with customer requests
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure they're providing excellent service to customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction in a timely manner
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Picking and packing, coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and completion of all required paperwork
  • Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organised, including implementing and managing a stock scanning system
  • Manage the levels of the warehouse stock and perform regular stock takes with the CEO

Skills/ Experience:


  • Proven customer support/service experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills, and experience using CSR software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Passionate about the overall 'customer experience'
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, collaborative, cando attitude
