About Our Client:


A leading and reputable organisation in the property industry, specialising in providing exceptional services in property management, consultancy, and investment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Perform credit checks and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
  • Monitor debtor balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on debt collection activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and resultsdriven approach to debt collection.
