The Role - Helpdesk Administrator
The Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an enthusuastic Helpdesk Administrator to joing the team on a full time basis, to work from Monday-Friday.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Signing Visitor & Sub
- Contractors In/Out
- Sorting Students incoming posts
- Logging cleaning and maintenance jobs on Software called QFM
- Update staff keys
- Photocopying, filling and sorting paperwork
- Auditing
Skills
- Experience of working in a similar role within the sector
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Good communication skills
