exciting opportunity has arisen within a
privately-owned property investment company that dates back 70 years to its establishment in the 1950's.


Now boasting 5,000 units spanning greater London, with a small portion on the south coast, there is a continued
growth plan for the portfolio based on acquisitions, developments and conversions following a
comprehensive asset management plan.


As the first point of contact, you will play a
crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Your
exceptional phone etiquette,
computer skills, and organisational abilities will contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
  • Ensuring refreshments are well stocked for staff and guests
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Preparing the post on a daily basis
  • Managing office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.

Personal specification:


  • Administration and reception experience no less than 1 year, preferably within property
  • Strong clerical and administrative abilities
  • Excellent phone manner with a friendly and professional demeanour


  • IT literate

  • Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Organising and planning
  • Use initiative
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment
  • Live locally to the office.
The
salary for this role will be in the region of
£24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.
