Are you looking for a back-office or administrative customer service based role where you can join a friendly team and a company who invest heavily in their training and staff welfare?


Ideally you would have strong attention to detail, enjoy solving problems and have previous experience in an office based Customer Service or Administration role.

Alternatively, you could be someone with good organisational and computer skills looking for your first office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager highlighting any problems on a daily basis and escalating accordingly
  • Handling queries through to resolution
  • Ensuring orders are placed correctly and efficiently
  • Inputting orders into the system
  • Liaising with international customer across EMEA
  • Crosscollaboration with spare parts and aftersales team

Desirabl e

  • Experience in an office based Administration, Customer Service or similar
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office skills
  • Basicintermediate Excel skills
  • Proactive nature
