Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager highlighting any problems on a daily basis and escalating accordingly
- Handling queries through to resolution
- Ensuring orders are placed correctly and efficiently
- Inputting orders into the system
- Liaising with international customer across EMEA
- Crosscollaboration with spare parts and aftersales team
Desirabl e
- Experience in an office based Administration, Customer Service or similar
- Attention to detail
- MS Office skills
- Basicintermediate Excel skills
- Proactive nature
