Description

Our client is a successful and established independent estate agent.

They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who can work within their busy and successful Isleworth branch.

You must be very presentable, well-spoken and have strong customer service skills.

You will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet customer's high service expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting viewings
Dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face
Understanding customer needs and selling to those needs as appropriate lead generation and target achievement.
Book and conduct viewings.
Closing Deals
Creating Brand Awareness

You must have a current driving licence and your own car to be considered for this role.

Five-day week working 1-3 Saturdays.
