Contract Administrator
Central London
3 Month Contract (Possible temp - perm)
Hybrid Working
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Operations Manager.
- Assist Operations Manager with the effective management of processes across the portfolio, driving a high level of service.
- Assist with daytoday client relationship activities.
- Assist with ensuring internal compliance documentation and certification is up to date.
- Communicate with Sub-Contractors, internal Supervisors and Suppliers.
- Responsible for collation of the data required for weekly and monthly operational reporting.
- Responsible for updating and monitoring Shared Drive folders and Sharepoint Libraries for training records, competencies and other records relevant to the portfolio.
- Manage absences and communicate to the wider team.
Competencies/Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of facilities services and CAFM systems.
- Strong IT and administrative skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Good commercial awareness and ability to understand contractual requirements.
- Good knowledge of SFG20 maintenance program beneficial.
