Supporting both the Chief Executive and Commercial Director, this permanent role is located in Aberdeen City Centre. Working full-time, duties are varied and include, extensive diary management, preparing expenses, booking travel and accommodation. Previous practical experience in a similar role is essential.


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Diary management.
  • Booking and arranging meetings.
  • Managing the inbox.
  • Expense reports.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Preparing agendas.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Preparing reports.
