Become a Security Trainer

Are you an experienced working in the SIA security sector as door supervisor / manager, Team leader where you may be wanting to step away from the day-to-day operational issues and are interested in passing on your operational knowledge to others in the industry looking to develop their careers from security officer to senior security manager level.

Bright Learning is looking to recruit SIA Security & First Aid Trainer/Assessor to deliver high quality Door Supervisor, CCTV, First Aid and Health & Safety training to learners in line with the company's training programmes.

What we will do for you:

Provide fully accredited teacher training so that you fully understand how to deliver training correctly
Performance bonus

You must have following qualifications:

You must have minimum 2 years working experience in the security industry as a Door Supervisor.
Must hold a valid SIA licence
Good organisational skills
Selfmotivated and able to use own initiatives
Display a commitment to develop their own skills and knowledge.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach, Assess and support learners working towards accredited qualifications in Door Supervision, CCTV Operations and First Aid
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress and learning journey.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.

Job Types:
Full-time, Freelance

Salary:
£10.00-£15.00 per hour
