About the role:


As a Finance Apprentice, you will work towards completing your Level 3 Assistant Accountant apprenticeship which will see you achieve an AAT Level 3 qualification.

This is typically an 15-18-month programme where you will gain a wide range of knowledge of finance processes and procedures and build new skills to support you in your role.

Alongside this you will build key behaviours that are required when working with key financial information, learn how to communicate with different stakeholders and much more


Within your role, along with the other members of the team, you will assist with the identification and implementation of process improvement to enhance the finance function and gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our systems.

Working cross functionally, you will work on a variety of projects to improve the user experience and support the team where necessary.


  • Please note: For this role, you will be required to travel, as needed, to our sites across the UK. Therefore a willingness to travel will be required. This can be discussed in more detail during the interview process
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reports
  • Work with other finance colleagues to standardise finance processes and reports
  • Produce information, reconciliations, and analysis to different stakeholders as required
  • Test and role out new reports to improve the accuracy and usability of data
  • No formal experience is required as full training will be given. However, we are looking for an individual who is keen to learn, can manage their time well and is looking to continually develop their skills.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C/4 or above, as well as a relevant A Level, T Level or BTEC equivalent.
