Facilities Assistant

Reports to:
Property Manager

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Based:
On-site Southampton

We are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to carry out general cleaning, security and caretaking duties on a student city centre development.

These duties will include cleaning of stairwells, security, carrying out repairs, reporting faults, making access arrangements for contractors and prospective new tenants whilst liaising with residents and office staff in order to maintain the development to a high standard.

The position includes early and late shifts that will be worked on a rotation basis.
