Description

IT Desktop Support Technician with strong 2nd line IT support experience including Citrix and MS365, is required by a leading law firm in Guildford.

Experience required:

Strong experience in 2nd line IT support
Experience in Citrix environment
Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, SharePoint, Teams, InTune, etc
Hardware support experience, including PCs, laptops and printers
Basic networking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
You will confident working in a very busy IT environment alongside another 2nd line IT Support colleague (part of a wider IT team)
Guildford has over 150 users requiring frequent deskside support so you will have great interpersonal skills
You will be proactive and look up resolutions for a first time fix rather than escalating, whenever possible
Ability to help with documentation would be a bonus

My client is looking to pay between £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
